Website use record

Where the site ends. Where work begins.

Use within a legitimate boundary

The website may be used to understand Elitecross capabilities, review published work and submit a genuine diagnostic request.

A visitor must not:

  • break Nigerian law or use the website to facilitate unlawful conduct;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures;
  • probe, scan or test Elitecross systems without prior written authorisation;
  • introduce malware, destructive code or automated traffic that disrupts the service;
  • misrepresent identity, authority, company affiliation or the purpose of a submission;
  • copy or exploit website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights; or
  • submit confidential information belonging to another person or organisation without authority.

Elitecross may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or its legal obligations.

03

A request is not yet a contract

Submitting the diagnostic form asks Elitecross to review the information and consider whether a conversation should continue. It does not oblige either side to enter an engagement.

  • No project, reservation, deadline, price or service level is accepted through form submission alone.
  • No confidential or fiduciary relationship is created merely by visiting the website or sending a request.
  • A visitor should provide information that is accurate and that they are authorised to share.
  • Elitecross may decline a request, ask for clarification or recommend a different next step.

Material supplied with a request

The person or organisation submitting material keeps its ownership rights. They give Elitecross a limited, non exclusive permission to receive, store, review and reproduce that material internally only as reasonably necessary to assess the request, respond, protect the service or comply with law.

Engagement boundary

Client work begins only when the relevant parties approve a written proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other signed contract.

Any signed client agreement takes priority over these Website Terms for the work covered by that agreement.

04

How the published material may be read

Website descriptions explain the general nature of Elitecross capabilities. They are not a promise that a particular approach, result or technology is suitable for every operation.

Elitecross material

Unless a different owner is identified, the Elitecross name, compact weave identity, website design, original copy, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to Elitecross. A visitor may view and make a reasonable internal reference copy when evaluating Elitecross, but may not republish, sell, modify or present that material as their own without written permission.

No unsupported performance promise

Examples, interface concepts and implementation descriptions are provided for context. A result depends on the agreed scope, client inputs, technical conditions and other circumstances identified during an engagement.

Security testing remains authorised work

Descriptions of security testing do not grant permission to test any system. Security work is available only for selected software and API engagements within a documented, authorised boundary.

Third party material

A reference or link to another organisation does not mean Elitecross controls or endorses that organisation's content, availability or practices. Third party services remain subject to their own terms.

05

Availability without a false promise

Elitecross takes reasonable care to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current.

The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons. Elitecross will correct confirmed material errors when reasonably practicable.

A visitor remains responsible for protecting their device, connection and account credentials. Website content should not replace advice tailored to a specific legal, financial, security or operational situation.

06

Responsibility that stays proportionate

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right, remedy or responsibility that Nigerian law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Within that boundary, Elitecross is not responsible for loss caused by:

  • using website information as a substitute for an agreed professional engagement;
  • unauthorised interference with the website by another person;
  • a third party website, platform or service outside Elitecross's reasonable control; or
  • a visitor's breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable security precautions.

Elitecross does not attempt through these terms to avoid responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of statutory consumer protections or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

07

The law governing website use

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If a concern arises, the visitor and Elitecross should first attempt to resolve it through clear written communication. A dispute that cannot be resolved may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply.

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

08

Changes and contact

Questions about these Website Terms may be sent to hello@elitecross.io. Privacy questions should be sent to privacy@elitecross.io.

Elitecross may revise these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The applicable version will show its effective date. A material change will not be applied retrospectively where doing so would be unfair or unlawful.
